By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. gaya9 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction. Any winnings earned by an underage player will be forfeited immediately and the account closed.

Geographic Eligibility
The gaya9 platform is operated for the Bangladesh market. Players must access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using gaya9 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. gaya9 does not make any representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

One Account Per Person
Each player may hold only one active gaya9 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and potential permanent ban. Employees of gaya9 or its associated partners are not eligible to hold player accounts.

gaya9 employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts, underage players, and players attempting to circumvent eligibility requirements. Where such activity is detected, gaya9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts without notice, void all bets and transactions made through those accounts, and retain any deposits or winnings pending investigation. Decisions taken by gaya9 regarding account eligibility are final.

Account Registration & Security

Your account registration details must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.

CLAUSE 3.1
Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration including your full legal name, date of birth, and active mobile number. gaya9 uses the mobile number provided during registration as the primary account identifier and communication channel. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
CLAUSE 3.2
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gaya9 will never ask for your password via any channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify gaya9 support immediately via live chat. gaya9 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
CLAUSE 3.3
KYC Verification
gaya9 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to: a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a selfie photograph, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion. Documents must be provided within 5 business days of request. Failure to complete KYC to gaya9's satisfaction may result in account suspension and return of the original deposit amount minus any bonus credits.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gaya9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through approved mobile financial service providers.

CLAUSE 4.1
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at gaya9 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your gaya9 wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. gaya9 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate account review.
CLAUSE 4.2
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile financial service account used for the most recent deposit, subject to account verification. Verified accounts receive withdrawals within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Unverified accounts may experience processing delays of up to 24 hours while KYC is completed. gaya9 reserves the right to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts. Withdrawals requested while a bonus is active and its wagering requirement is not yet met will be declined until the wagering requirement is satisfied or the bonus is forfeited.
CLAUSE 4.3
Transaction Errors
If a deposit does not reflect in your gaya9 wallet within 10 minutes of completing the mobile payment, you must contact gaya9 support immediately via live chat with your transaction reference number. gaya9 will investigate and resolve confirmed transaction errors within a reasonable timeframe. gaya9 is not responsible for funds lost due to incorrect payment details entered by the player, errors on the part of the mobile financial service provider, or network disruptions beyond gaya9's control.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers at gaya9 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements and validity periods.

CLAUSE 5.1
Welcome Bonus
New players at gaya9 are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds can be made. The specific bonus amount, percentage, and wagering requirement are detailed on the Offers / Promotions page and may be updated periodically. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment account. gaya9 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
CLAUSE 5.2
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses at gaya9 carry a wagering (rollover) requirement expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before withdrawal). Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the individual bonus terms. Bets placed on sports events with odds below a minimum threshold as specified in the bonus terms may not count toward wagering requirements. The wagering deadline will be specified for each promotion.
CLAUSE 5.3
Bonus Abuse
gaya9 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if we reasonably suspect that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play, placing bonus bets only on outcomes with near-certainty, or collaborating with other players to exploit promotional terms. gaya9's determination regarding bonus abuse is final and may result in permanent account closure.

Gameplay & Fair Use

All games on the gaya9 platform must be played in good faith and in accordance with these Terms.

CLAUSE 6.1
Game Integrity
All casino games available on gaya9 are provided by licensed third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, and others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. gaya9 does not manipulate game outcomes. Theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game supplier and are available in the game information panel within each game. gaya9 is not responsible for errors or malfunctions originating within the software of third-party game suppliers.
CLAUSE 6.2
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension: use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts; exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities; collusion with other players; use of any system or strategy intended to gain an unfair advantage; harassment of support staff or other players; and any form of fraudulent activity including use of stolen payment credentials. gaya9 monitors all gameplay for irregular patterns and reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited conduct is detected.
CLAUSE 6.3
Sports Betting Rules
All sports bets placed on gaya9 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as published on the platform. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant sport rules. Live (in-play) bets are accepted at the platform's discretion. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. A bet is only confirmed once it appears in your account's bet history. gaya9 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by corruption, match-fixing, or other integrity violations.

Responsible Gaming & Account Closure

Self-Exclusion
Any player who feels that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion from gaya9. Self-exclusion can be activated in your account settings or by contacting support. Once activated, self-exclusion is permanent for the period selected and cannot be reversed early. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications from gaya9 and your account will be locked from placing bets or making deposits. Deposit & Spend Limits
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their account settings panel. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase will not take effect until a 24-hour cooling-off period has elapsed. gaya9 also offers loss limits and session time reminders as additional responsible gaming controls. Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your gaya9 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any active bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered mobile financial service account within 5 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to closure.

Liability & Amendments

gaya9's liability to players is limited as described in this section, and these Terms may be updated at any time.

CLAUSE 8.1
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gaya9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failure, or the cost of substitute services. gaya9's total aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
CLAUSE 8.2
Service Availability
gaya9 strives to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible. gaya9 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical failures, or delays in the processing of transactions caused by third-party service providers including mobile financial service providers and game suppliers.
CLAUSE 8.3
Governing Terms & Amendments
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of international online gaming law. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through gaya9's standard support and complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. gaya9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms in effect at the time a dispute arises will govern the resolution of that dispute. Players are responsible for reviewing the current Terms each time they use the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect. The failure of gaya9 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gaya9 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
